Holiday season is soon upon us. And for many this can cause an increased experience of stress and feelings of being overwhelmed. An ability to quiet your mind and body, particularly in stressful times, is vital for maintaining a resilient and healthy life. In this Stress Reducing workshop with Facilitator Louise Hurwitz, we will learn about stress and its impact on our mind and body, identify our currents stressors, and learn some simple breathing and relaxation exercises to help calm the mind and body.
