Impress your friends and family with some great gift sets as well. The variations are limitless, and you control the health benefits and the quality of the ingredients as compared to what is available in the stores. If you can measure, stir, and use a blender or food processor (or even a whisk with a bit of stamina!), you can make wonderful, healthy condiments!
